Rules / Regulations:
 

1. In order to accommodate all inquiries- A Security Deposit holds the date for 30 Days, if full payment is not received by 30 days with a signed contract, the date will be subject to release. 

 

2. Hall must be left in the manner in which it was found, if not Security Deposit will be subject to non refundable deposit. 

 

3. Please review the remainder of important information on the Contract prior to the start of your event. 

 

4. Orient Heights Yacht Club is a "PRIVATE" club and shall be treated as such.
